| CLIMACO
REALTY & DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
The children
of the late Jose L. Climaco and Concepcion
L. Climaco established a family corporation,
Climaco Woodcraft, Incorporated. It
was registered with the Securities
& Exchange Commission in 1951.
Engaged in the exports of rattan furniture,
Climaco Woodcraft marketed its products
in Asia Europe and the United States
of America.
On January 11, 1983,
the corporate name was amended to
Climaco Furniture Co., Inc. That same
year the rattan business continually
increased its market in various parts
of the world. Climaco Furniture experienced
its bulk of sales in 1983.
In spite of the family's
success in the furniture business,
they decided to venture into real
estate development. Hence, in March
1995, the corporate name was amended
to Climaco Realty & Development
Corporation.
The almost one (1) hectare
rattan furniture factory area in Katipunan
Street, Tisa, was then converted to
a subdivision, the San Agustin Heights.
It all started as a dream by the late
Agustine L. Climaco. It has become
a dream come true. To this day, his
family works hard to keep it a reality.
Led by its president,
Emmanuel V. Climaco Realty & Development
Corporation launched San Agustin Heights
in 1997and developed forty-nine (49)
quality country-style homes.
Despite the economic
crisis of 1997, the company has managed
successfully and was able to start
a project in Banawa, Cebu City called
the SOUTH POINTE MANOR. These houses
cater to the upper clientele featuring
manor style homes with price ranging
from P6 to 6.5M million Pesos. The
project has for sale 10 house and
lot units in duplex setting. Each
unit has a floor area of more or less
240-245 square meters and a land area
of 192 and 167 square meter respectively.
On the rise is our new
project in Gabi, Cordova called CORDOVA
BAY Townhomes. The project sits on
a land area of 11,020 square meters
and is projected to build more or
less 125 houses with an average land
area of 48 square meters and a floor
area of 58 square meters. These units
are to cater to the middle to low
income families who dream to have
a home of their own.

Corporation has for its affiliates,
